The Hiring Process:

Applying at Conlin Travel
Please email your resume to us at employment@conlintravel.com. Once you apply for a position, your qualifications and experience will be reviewed by the appropriate departmental manager and human resources manager to determine if your qualifications meet the minimum requirements. If you are a possible match for a position, we will contact you to arrange for an interview.

The Interview
During your interview, we want to discover the extent of your experience. We want to know what you love about this industry and how you have interacted with customers in the past. We want to know how you have solved customers' problems in the past and how you have been proactive in selling your skills to your customers.

What Happens Next?
Following your interview(s), we will decide if you are right for the job opening. We take hiring very seriously and like to make consensus-based decisions. To that end, it can take up to two weeks for us to make a definitive decision as to whether we'd like to have you join the team.
